Steps to follow in regards to making a request

step1 Reservation

Please make a reservation by contacting our office, toll-free 0120-006-931
Calling for reservation is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Hours may subject to change during New Year Holidays)

Time and date of delivery
Reservations are accepted from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM except Saturdays and Sundays. Please make a reservation for delivery during this time.
Confirmation of delivery volume and whether the client will be present.
There may be some restrictions on the amount of documents and time if the client decides to be present.
※Please follow staff’s instructions for the safety and confidentiality of the factory.
※Photographs are prohibited in some areas. So please follow the staff's instructions.

step2 In case you would like to observe

Reservations are required. Please make a reservation and arrive at the reservation time. If the amount exceeds 600 kg, it will be dissolved in two sessions, instead of one.

Please follow the instructions of the staff for safety and confidentiality once you are in the factory.
Photos are prohibited in certain areas and settings. So please follow the staff's instructions accordingly.

Please provide the following in order to receive the invoice: Company name, phone number, person in charge, and address.

No reservation or adjustment of schedule is required, but please be sure to contact us by phone beforehand. There is no time limit or the amount. However, if we receive more than the processing capacity, we will temporarily put in storage. Therefore, make sure that the boxes are sealed.

If you wish to bring your product, please arrive within the designated time. If you wish to collect your product, make sure to let us know your requested date and time in advance.

Preparation request of your company

（１）Removal of unsuitable materials (such as prohibited or forbidden products)

※If the following prohibited or forbidden products are mixed, serious damage may occur during manufacturing. Please separate those products

The amount may be overlooked as long as it is still at the sorting stage.
Binding cords, vinyl cords, clips, staples, etc. to bundle documents are acceptable.
We ask you to remove the metal fittings of the file.
We will check the contents only if it seems that there are large amounts of prohibited or forbidden items.

（２）Prevention of scattering and sealing of contents

Prefer that it is in a cardboard box form. 。
You may tie them with vinyl or paper strings.
We recommend you to bring the product in a form covered with other paper so that the contents cannot be seen
If the content is about 600 kg, we will dissolve it on the spot.
We can accept the products even if you bring them loosely or in a plastic box.

Regarding sorting

In general, our company does not open the cardboard boxes.
Hence, we provide the following guidance to our customers of the sorting rules for a complete processing. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please do not put anything else other than paper.

Do not include unsolvable paper or paper that is not suitable for recycling.

Do not include the following items. (Non-paper items)

CDs, DVDs, files, binders, laminated items (pouches), writing instruments, etc.
Metals
Cloth products
Patches

Do not include the following items. (Paper-type items)

Paper stamped with gold or silver materials.

e.g.): poster for public notice such as election, etc.

Processing Cost

●BOX Confidential document collection box

We sell collection boxes which doubles as storage boxes for confidential documents. A3 size documents can be stored as they are, and it is possible to store documents up to approximately 20 kg.

●Collection by our company’s collection vehicles

This is a method in which the confidential documents stored by our customers are collected by our collection vehicles and dissolved. We charge a dissolution fee and a recovery fee.
